Illustration inspired in vestiges of early cultures who lived in what is now Ecuador. This land was inhabited thousands of years before the ascent of the Inca Empire. Ceramic vessels, dishes, figurines of warriors, women, men, and animals, have contributed to study and understand Ecuador's early inhabitants: their beliefs, traditions and cosmo-Vision.
This month's edition includes an article about a special exhibit of "Amulets of Pre-columbian Ecuador" on pages 16 and 17, as well as a note on Ari Gallery, a jewelry specialized in designs inspired in pre-Columbian motifs (see page 18).
