This is Ecuador

IIllustration inspired in the Magnificent Frigatebirds (Fregata magnificens), found along Ecuador´s Coast and the Galapagos Islands. The Magnificent Frigatebird is approximately 100 cm (39 inches) long with a 215 cm (85 inch) wingspan. Males are all black with a red throat or gular pouch which is inflated like a balloon in the breeding season to attract the females. These birds are referred to as pirates since they obtain most of their food by stealing it from other seabirds. Their nests are usually built on low trees or on the ground on remote islands, and a single egg is laid each breeding season.
