In 2003, the first NOE Sushi Bar opened in Cumbayá. With it, a dream was born, accompanied by a challenge, and a great responsibility: to fulfill and surpass expectations of the clientele, presenting an innovative vision of Japanese food in the country.

Kamazuki Soup: a perfect combination of squid, Chilean salmon, shrimp, clams and marine algae, scented with coconut and a touch of caviar. ($12.90)

Kanikama Especial: spectacular roll with grilled salmon, covered with Japanese style mashed potatoes and grated kanikama crab. Accompanied by a light mustard sauce. ($13.75)

Ebi Charatzuke: Salted shrimp with a bittersweet oriental sauce, over macerated vegetables charatzuke style, wrapped in rice paper. ($11.95)

Merito Kaiseki: a spectacular merit steak oriental style, with seafood, shrimp, and clams from the Pacific, accompanied by vegetables and steamed Japanese rice. ($ 18.75)

Mandarin Gin: We went to Ambato in search of the smallest, sweet and flirtatious mandarins. We merged them with the best selection of gin and gave life to a new delight. ($ 9.90)
